Office Policies
Financing
Payment is due at the time that services are rendered. We do participate with Care Credit and Capital One, which are third party companies that will provide interest free financing (3-6 months depending on the amount) for certain procedures.
Insurance
While we are not providers for any specific insurance plans, we will be happy to submit any and all claims for you. We have a full time staff person dedicated solely for this. She will assist you in maximizing your reimbursement and insurance coverages.
Scheduling
We understand that your time is valuable and we always strive to stay on schedule. Please give us sufficient notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations without at least 24 hours notice.
Privacy
All patient information is kept confidential. It will not be shared with any other individual, doctor, or insurance company without your consent. Please see our HIPAA statement.
